Privacy Policy

How information is collected, used, protected, and managed across the Nenovix Technologies LTD corporate website.

Effective date: 25 September 2026

This document applies to the Nenovix Technologies LTD corporate website. Product-specific notices may also apply when you use Nenovix AI or another service.

Scope and who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how Nenovix Technologies LTD handles personal information when you visit this corporate website, send an inquiry, or use its restricted newsroom workspace.

Nenovix AI is the company’s flagship product. When a product page or service provides a separate privacy notice, that notice supplements this policy for the relevant product activity.

Information we collect

Information you provide

  • Contact details such as your name and email address.
  • Company name, inquiry type, and the content of messages submitted through the contact form.
  • Account identifiers and authentication information for authorized editor access. Passwords are handled by our authentication service and are not displayed to us in readable form.
  • Source notes, rough drafts, selected categories, generated drafts, and editorial feedback used in the restricted newsroom.

Information collected automatically

  • Basic request and security information, such as IP address, browser or device details, timestamps, referring page, and error or abuse signals.
  • Authentication and session data needed to keep authorized users signed in and protect restricted areas.

Please do not submit passwords, payment-card details, government identifiers, confidential client data, or other sensitive information through the public contact form.

How we use information

  • To respond to inquiries and route them to the appropriate company function.
  • To authenticate users and enforce access to the editor newsroom.
  • To generate requested editorial drafts and identify statements that may require evidence or review.
  • To operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website and its services.
  • To detect spam, misuse, fraud, security threats, and repeated automated submissions.
  • To comply with legal obligations and protect our rights, users, and systems.

AI-assisted newsroom processing

The newsroom is available only to authorized editors. When an editor requests a draft, the supplied notes or rough draft are sent through Lovable AI to a selected AI model for processing. The resulting text may contain errors or unsupported claims and must be reviewed by an editor before publication.

Editors should submit only material they are authorized to use and should remove unnecessary personal, confidential, or sensitive information before requesting a draft. Newsroom content is not automatically published by this corporate website.

When information is shared

We may share information only as reasonably necessary with service providers that support website hosting, authentication, security, AI processing, and email delivery. Those providers process information to deliver their services to us.

Information may also be disclosed where required by law, to respond to lawful requests, to protect people or systems, or in connection with a genuine corporate transaction. We do not state that public contact-form information is sold, and we do not use it to publish testimonials or marketing claims without permission.

Retention

We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, including responding to inquiries, maintaining security records, resolving disputes, and meeting legal obligations.

The newsroom currently generates editable drafts for the active editor session and does not automatically publish them. Service providers may maintain limited operational records under their own retention and security requirements.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including access controls, server-side validation, restricted credentials, and submission-rate controls. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

If you believe information submitted through this website has been compromised, contact us promptly through the contact page.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or a portable copy of certain personal information. You may also have the right to complain to an applicable data-protection authority.

To make a request, use our contact form and provide enough detail for us to understand and verify it. We may retain information where permitted or required by law, including for security, legal claims, and recordkeeping.

International processing

Our website and service providers may process information in countries other than the one where you live. Where applicable, we take reasonable steps to use lawful safeguards for such processing.

Children’s privacy

This corporate website and restricted newsroom are not directed to children. We do not knowingly request personal information from children through these services. If you believe a child has submitted information, please contact us so the matter can be reviewed.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our website, services, or legal obligations change. The effective date at the top of this page identifies the current version. Material changes will be communicated through an appropriate notice where required.
